It was very easy to update users and create users from the iPhone. We had a situation where account access had to be restricted. I was able to open the app and secure the account within a matter of minutes. I didnt have to wait until I was in front of a computer.

Easy tool to do some quick tasks in Office365

The has made it much easier to provide minor IT support within my small business. I learn something new every day.

It does what it should do. Its nice to be able to help my users while I am away from my main computer.

Outstanding app. Allows normal MS Office 365 admin tasks to be completed quick and easy and on the go. Its faster to use this than logging into the website.

Makes my life so much easier. Theres a ton of tasks available. Im actually pleasantly surprised at all the capabilities this app has. I think its easier to manage distribution groups than the full web browser.

For admins this app is exceptional because is ease and quick. Very helpful

The app caused my phone to freeze. Tried installing twice. Now it wont download at all. Really not worth the trouble

I use this tool on my iPad & iPhone routinely to review and modify accounts. The ability to review and modify individual users license levels at a glance is a major productivity benefit for me. I have reviewed a Service Manager request and in a few flicks of my fingers have the employees email and mobility enrollment activated all while on lunch break. No need to rush back to the office. Thanks Microsoft.

I manage several Office 365 accounts for customers. This app is great! Makes managing accounts on my iPad or iPhone easy anywhere, anytime. I prefer it over the web interface for basic administration.

Such a time saver. I dont have to login to the portal or exchange locally.

Having all your organization accounts on the phone makes a lot easier my job as System Admin. One of the better things is the assignment of the licenses and the notifications on the apple watch.

This app is lightweight and perfect for some quick changes and a general update on the status of any issues. The ability to edit Exchange Online mailboxes would be a phenomenal addition, but I understand that it wouldnt be a daily use case and is probably a low priority.
